Juicing equipment

A screw press used for juicing (drawing) is equipped with a working chamber 1 cylinder-shaped or hollow-cone-shaped. The lower part of the working chamber acts as a screen with fine holes. The raw material is loaded via the hopper 2. Discharge funnel 3 it is used to drain the juice, and the drainage gutter 4 - for the discharge of bagasse. The working element is the worm shaft 5 with a decreasing stroke and constant diameter - in the case of a cylindrical press - and with a constant stroke and decreasing diameter - in the case of a cone press. Screw shaft 6 it is driven by an electric motor via a gearbox. Devices of this type can work independently or as attachments for universal machines.
